Leather Pteruges
These leather strips form a protective skirt designed to be worn with additional armor.
You may add a skirt of pteruges to a suit of armor. When you add pteruges to light armor, the set counts as medium armor. Likewise, pteruges and medium armor counts as heavy armor. Adding pteruges to heavy armor has no effect. Combine the AC bonuses and armor check penalties, and take the worse of the two pieces Max Dex Bonus, acrane spell failure chance, and movement speed.
